The Original
This is my grandfather, Anatoliy Kichanov. He spent more than 30 years as a crane rigger and operator in Kazakhstan, when it was still part of the Soviet Union. Building and Construction weren’t just his profession — they were his passion.
In this photo, he is proudly standing beside the last crane he operated before our family immigrated to the United States of America.
Because of his life experiences in the Soviet Union, our family was franted visa’s, giving us the opportunity to begin a new life in the United States. We immigrated in 1991, and it remains one of the greatest blessings our family has ever received.
We have been extremely blessed and are thankful for the opportunity to have immigrated to the United States, and the opportunities afforded us in this Great Country.
The Master Builder
This is my father, Vlad - The Master Builder.
Much of what I know today about the construction industry comes from the privilege of working alongside him. Throughout his career, he has worn many hats, beginning as a cabinet maker, then working as a plumbers apprentice, and ultimately becoming a General Contractor. Along the way, he faced countless challenges, but with every experience, he gained knowledge that he generously passed on to me.
He has exceptional eye for detail and rarely misses a thing. Our commitment to quality craftsmanship is rooted in his unwavering dedication to doing every job the right way and providing every client with the highest level of service possible.
Working alongside my father has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. It is an honor to continue building together, carry forward the values of integrity, craftsmanship, and excellence that he has instilled in me.
